Q. How do I access Skillchoice Complete courses, books, and videos?

A. You must be a Computer Society member to access the Skillchoice Complete resources. Log in to the Computer Society website, and follow the link on the Skillchoice page to access Skillchoice Complete courses. The CS Skillchoice Complete portal will open in a new tab, and you will be automatically logged in. You can search or browse the library for courses, books, and videos of interest.

Q. How do I begin using the KnowledgeCenters?

A. Once you are logged in to Skillchoice Complete, click the link at the top for Browse Library. A number of featured KnowledgeCenters are listed in the drop-down menu. Alternatively, enter “KnowledgeCenter” (without the quotes) in the search bar. In the results, filter by Type “Learning Portal.” All the available KnowledgeCenters will be listed.

Q. I am unable to access an online course or book. What should I do?

A. Be sure you have followed the instructions above for logging in. You must log in to first and then click the link to access Skillchoice Complete. There is no direct login to Skillchoice Complete at this time. If you need further assistance, please contact

A. Connect with the Experts provides the ability to chat online or email an expert who is certified in the subject matter. This resource is available in select KnowledgeCenters such as IT Security and Project Management.
